Call Centre Operator

In this role, you’ll handle a range of inbound and outbound calls, ensuring each customer receives courteous and accurate assistance. Your responsibilities will include actively listening to client needs, addressing any issues or concerns, and accurately documenting each interaction to maintain up-to-date records. You’ll follow up on unresolved matters and work with other team members to escalate cases as necessary, ensuring a seamless customer experience. Working remotely, you’ll stay connected to the team and contribute to achieving performance targets, continuously striving to meet and exceed client expectations. Your ability to communicate clearly, empathize with clients, and resolve issues efficiently will be key in providing the high-quality service we’re known for.
